Service agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Green Clean you agree to these terms and conditions.
 
What we will clean

  • We will provide the cleaning services as discussed and agreed upon during your booking.
  • This typically includes standard tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Services that are not included, like deep cleaning, window cleaning, or laundry, must be requested separately and  have an additional cost. 
 
Your responsibilities as the customer

  • Provide access: You must provide our team with access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Clear the area: We can be more efficient and thorough if floors and surfaces are generally free of clutter.
  • Safety: Ensure the property is a safe working environment for our cleaners and inform us of any known hazards. 
 
Payment and cancellations

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. You can pay by [specify methods, e.g., cash, bank transfer, or card]
  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least [e.g., 24, 48] hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee. 
 
Damages and liability

  • Liability: We will take reasonable care while in your home. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are not secured.
  • Damages:  We use the same cleaning agents appropriate for a particular item/area for all clients. If you wish to provide an alternative suitable to you please instruct service professional before hand. Green Clean takes no responsibility for any damage that a cleaning agent may cause , however we do take great responsibility to ensure that suitable products are used , products that any person with a sound mind would use.
  • Our guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within with 2 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • ETA’s : We endeavour to be right on the the dot of the agreed upon time and ensure that no inconvenience is caused to clients, however we ask all clients to give the cleaning professionals a lewy of half and hour because of traffic / weather conditions beyond our control. In an event of more delay client will be notified at the earliest notice and utmost priority will be given to the clients booking and their schdule.
 
Your privacy
We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. We treat all client information with confidentiality and discretion.
